Project Description
Transforming this 1990’s renovation into the next century. Using a transitional design structure, West Coast Dream Homes integrated modern architecture with traditional elements to create this amazing 7000+ square ft. cozy family home.
This renovation included a 1700 square ft. addition, new outdoor entertainment area, gym, massive family hub and laundry centre, with a gorgeous custom railing inspired from a visit to Paris.
The kitchen / family room and pool table room were renovated and included a stone and concrete fireplace, carefully crafted beams, marble and solid wide plank hardwood. The old living room was transformed into an elegant family library and study with a concrete fireplace and built in cabinets.
The foyer modernization included a beautiful rock wall into the childrens play area in the basement, new pot lighting, and the removal of the solid walls creating a more open concept.
